Field Agents are responsible for registering signage and property data using the dedicated mobile application. Their duties include capturing the signage type, size, photos, GPS coordinates, and the business owner's KYC details in the assigned cluster.
How does my business register and pay for a signage permit?
Once an Agent registers your signage and business details, the system calculates the fee based on our dynamic pricing model (location, size, and type). You will receive an alert to pay the calculated fee via the portal's integrated payment service.
What happens if my permit is close to expiry or non-compliant?
The notification System s send you alerts via email, and in-app for payment reminders and permit expiry. If a permit expires or is non-compliant, you will receive a Non-compliance Alert and face potential penalties, such as a 3x fee post-grace period.
How does the system track signages across Benue State?
We utilize GIS mapping to visualize zones, clusters, and every registered signage location. The system also uses an AI Engine (TensorFlow Lite) to estimate the size and type of the physical signage from images uploaded by the Agents, ensuring accurate fee calculation and compliance tracking.
